To everyone’s surprise, a lesser known mega Man The game has just appeared on the Switch eShop in the US. At the time of writing, it’s not yet available on the eShop in the EU, but we’ll be sure to update it if it comes up.

Mega Man Battle & Fighters is a Switch port of a Neo Geo Pocket Color compilation, consisting of portable versions of Mega Man: Battle of Power Y Mega Man 2: The Mighty Fighters. The game was released in 2000, but was only available to customers in Japan.

The new Switch release will set you back $7.99 and appears to be a direct port of the Japan release. It also appears to have been published by SNK rather than Capcom, which may explain the lack of marketing surrounding the release. Here is the summary from the game’s official eShop page:
