news tip Alan Wake Remastered is available on Nintendo Switch! Find our walkthrough and our complete guide to deal with the nightmare
This is the good surprise of the day! If it was confirmed for this end of the year without a precise release date, Alan Wake Remastered has just landed on Nintendo Switch. It is therefore an opportunity for a new audience to discover an experience worthy of a real psychological thriller. And faced with this heavy atmosphere, this is where you’ll find what you need: complete walkthrough, collectibles guide… Just click on the right place!
Originally released in its exclusive version on Xbox 360 in May 2010, Alan Wake offers a survival-horror adventure in third-person perspective and has nothing to envy to the novels of Stephen King. The success was then there and earned it a first port on PC in 2012 before landing in a remastered edition on PC as well as PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One in October 2021.
Defined as a true psychological thriller, the game puts us in the shoes of Alan Wake, a famous writer suffering from blank page syndrome. Unable to write a single line, he went to seek inspiration in a small wooded town in the western United States with his wife, Alice. But what should have been peace and quiet turns into a nightmare when his wife disappears, a mystery that Alan is determined to solve by all means.
Today, it’s the turn of Nintendo Switch players to guide Alan in his quest since the game is available on the console’s eShop.. This is also an opportunity to find our walkthrough in its entirety as well as our collectibles guide, whether for the base game or its two scripted expansions and respectively entitled “The signal” and “The writer“.
