This last main job involves meeting Hanako Arasaka at a fancy restaurant, and after she’s finished a ribeye steak dinner, she’ll pass out and wake up in Viktor’s clinic. Viktor is on hand to stabilize you, and Misty will lead you to a balcony to view Night City in all its neon splendor. This is where you and Johnny will ruminate, planning what to do next.

This is the crucial moment where your decision will commit you to five different paths that will lead you to the end. Here, he must make a final decision regarding V and Johnny, and his choice will branch out towards the end. It’s worth noting that each path has a setup mission, where you have to gather recruits, if you recruited anyone at all.
This option is the only one open by default. He is able to accept Hanako’s offer and trust a Corpo executive to help him out of her predicament. Needless to say, things don’t go as planned, and even when you’ve ironed out the complications, you’re still going to get a pretty bleak ending. Unfortunately, the path won’t fork, as Johnny wants nothing to do with him.
This road is only available if you completed the Queen of the Highway quest and concluded the Panam quest line. You’ll call the nomads to help you get into Mikoshi, and the path will eventually branch off from Johnny and V, which may lead to a positive ending.
The path of Johnny and Rogue
This path is only available if you’ve completed the Blistering Love quest, which introduces Johnny to Rogue. Johnny takes over V’s body and calls Rogue and the mercenaries to help him break into Mikoshi, with a positive result for either Johnny or V.
You can unlock this ending by doing one of the other options and after reconsider it. Look at your hands holding the gun and pills and choose ‘just put this all to rest’. An extremely morbid and negative ending that will take you directly to the end credits.
How to get the secret ending of Cyberpunk 2077
To begin the path to the secret ending, you need to hesitate long enough on the balcony while you consider the other options. It will take a good few minutes for this to take effect, so turn on the kettle. Johnny will offer you another option to ‘go big’ and storm Arasaka’s tower, solo. This is the most challenging combat experience in the game, and there is no option to restart if you mess up. If you die, the end credits will roll. Take it out though, and you’ll get either the positive ending of Johnny or V, as well as knowing that he’s a badass.
