After getting through a bit of the main story, you’ll come across a task to upgrade your stall for the first time. If you’re not sure how to go about it, we’ve got all the answers you’re looking for.
In this guide, we are going to take a look at how to improve your position. You’ll need 50 Fame and 200 Gold to do this, so let’s first take a look at how to quickly gain 50 Fame.
Anvil Saga is currently in Early Access on Steam and as such the content is subject to change. We will update these articles as needed.
Earn 50 fame
To get 50 fame, you will only need build one or two rooms in your house. Once these rooms have been built, you can change the design of the wall and ceiling. Doing so will increase the maximum Fame you can have. Each room you add should have the basic furnishings listed on the information panel, but you do not need to spend money on additional furniture. For example, you will only need to make a simple bedroom with a bed, a table and a chair.
Once you have a maximum of 50 or more, you will need to take and fulfill customer orders. As you complete the orders, your Fame will increase and you will soon reach 50 Fame. Fame may decrease, so make sure you have your store open and continue to accept orders.
Earn 200 gold
In addition to getting 50 Fame, you’ll also need to earn 200 Gold. This is a lot, so let’s go over some ways to earn gold quickly.
First, you should Always have ores and ingots to work with. At the beginning of the game, you will be able to choose a worker. This worker may be assigned to work in the mines while ffocus on foundry and fill orders. As a worker levels up his mining skill, he will be able to mine more ore.
Mining skills will increase with experience; Bearing this in mind, We recommend sending the worker to the mine to collect minerals and improve his mining skill, while Arthur smelts and fulfills orders.
You can also fill special orders; these involve crafting various items, but give large amounts of gold.
With a constant supply of ore, you can quickly craft ingots and then complete orders for money. If you want to be as efficient as possible, we do not recommend accepting orders that create gold debt. This means that the customer will return the money to you in the future and you will not get the gold after the order is finished.
Improving the position
Once you have 50 fame and 200 gold, you can upgrade your outpost from build mode. To do so, simply select the option to add a room and then hover over the stall. Doing so will display the option to update the post; if you don’t meet the requirements, the info panel will let you know.
