After encountering “a snag” (along with a few more delays) with the release of Dead Cells’ latest free update, Enter the Panchaku, Motion Twin has announced that Switch owners – and other console gamers – can finally experience this game. latest batch of new content!

There are a ton of new features in Enter the Panchaku, not just a frying pan nunchaku game! which launched on Steam in August. We honestly can’t believe that the developer is still releasing big updates like this, years after the game’s release.

While you will be able to get some new outfits and skins, there are a ton of changes and fixes that have also been implemented in this absolutely fantastic game. it’s the gift that keeps on giving, and we’ll be diving into Dead Cells once again to see all that’s new.

– New Weapon: Panchaku Two frying pans linked by a rope, the perfect homemade weapon to traverse the island! Critical hits on enemies facing you.
– New Outfit: Bobby’s Outfit A new outfit inspired by Beheaded’s design from the Dead Cells trailers, including a flaming head.
– New crossover content with Soul Knight: Those features were already in the mobile version of Dead Cells, we just brought them to PC and consoles! Weapon: magic bowShoot 5 slowly moving targeting arrows. Gentleman’s suitinspired by the character of the same name from Soul Knight. New knowledge room in prisoner quarters to unlock the blueprints!
– New Custom Mode Option: Legendaries OnlyTurn all weapons found in the race into legendary weapons.
– You can now pet your pets when you’re in transition areas, press and hold interact next to them!
– We completely redesigned how legendary weapons work!– Removed double stat scaling, but kept colorless status. They now scale only at your highest stat. It was mostly overpowered, pretty counter-intuitive (you had to split stats whereas you should do the opposite in non-legendary situations), and not really fun (it just added more damage on top of your damage).– Added a unique Legendary Affix to everybody weapons A legendary weapon will always have its legendary affix in addition to the normal ones. You can find a list of all the weapons and their respective legendary affix below.
– added new double stack Legendary Affix, which doubles the number of stacks applied by the weapon. (Things like poison, fire, etc.)
– added new Global shield on kill Legendary affix.
– Added new best secrets Legendary Affix, which improves the quality of secrets found on the floor or walls by one level.
– Added new true evil Legendary Affix, deals triple damage but blocks the rest of the charge as long as the weapon is equipped.
– Added new God Killer Legendary affix, increases the critical multiplier of the weapon’s last hit.
– Added new root of death Legendary Affix, roots nearby enemies on kill.
– Added new mega critical Legendary affix, increases critical damage by 75%.
– Added new waterfall tomb Legendary affix, exclusive to tombstonethe doom effect can be triggered recursively.
– Added new Rebuild on kill Legendary affix, exclusive to broken toothpickrepairs weapon on kill.
– Added new speed ball Legendary affix, reduces the pause time between attacks.
– Added new super slice Legendary affix, exclusive to queen rapierconsiderably increases the range of the reality slices.
– Added new fire on hit Legendary affix, sets enemies hit on fire.
– Added new double bullets Legendary affix, doubles the number of projectiles fired by the weapon.
– Added new triple bullets Legendary affix, triples the number of projectiles fired by the weapon.
– Added new golden damage Legendary Affix, improves weapon damage based on the player’s current gold count.
– Added new Stunning Shield Legendary affix, stuns any enemy stopped by the shield.
– Added new double speed Legendary affix, projectiles fired from the weapon go twice as fast.
– Added new Echo Legendary affix, play a grenade explosion a second time.
– Added new biggest bang Legendary affix, increases the blast radius of a grenade.
– Added new ice walker Legendary affix, exclusive to ice armorcreated armor never expires.
