Demon Slayer the game: the characters already integrated
Unstoppable storm in Japan and the rest of the world, the manga Demon Slayer is exported in animated, cinema but also in video games. In October, the title Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles is available in France: it’s a game of Versus Fighting in 3D as CyberConnect2 knows how to do so well (behind all the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm for example). It retraces the adventures of Tanjirô Kamado with the same scenes and this until the narrative arc of Infinity Train.
First available with a cast of eighteen playable characters, Demon Slayer: Hinokami Chronicles has expanded its cast in 2021 through three free updates. The duo Yahsiro / Tamayo, Enmu, Susamaru and Yahaba as well as Rui and Akaza were integrated into the title last year. Since then, radio silence from Bandai Namco and we had to wait for today and the publication of the Weekly Shōnen Jump n°19 to know the next characters of the title.

Key character in the story arc of Pleasure District, it is the pillar of sound Tengen Uzui who will draw his double blade in Demon Slayer: Hinokami Chronicles in July. We know that his pack is estimated at 550 Yen, or about 4€. However, he will not be the only one to enter the ring. If we already knew that Nezuko (awakened form), versions of the Pleasure District from Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke as well as Kyutaro and Daki were planned, it was difficult to conceive when they would be available. The releases of these paid DLCs will be spread out until the end of the year, with a rate of one DLC per month.

In any event, Bandai Namco seems to be adapting the release of its content with the anime adaptation of the manga. An initiative probably favored for asset issues, but which may worry players in need of new features on the title: if this is the case, we will have to wait a while before seeing the protagonists of season 3 of the anime land. The latter, which covers the narrative arc of Blacksmiths Villagehad no announced release date or period.
