Another celebrity house has entered the market as ben affleck puts his Palisades mansion up for sale for a whopping $30 million. It may not be as fancy as the Batcave or Wayne Manor, but it’s still pretty expensive.

According to TMZ, the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home was listed on the market yesterday for $29,995,000. The mansion was purchased by Affleck in 2018 for $19.25 million, complete with a pool, spa, and large living room. TMZ also reported that the celebrity couple was previously seen moving into their new home that was previously owned by Mariah Carey’s ex James Packer.

The Palisades mansion isn’t the only property owned by the celebrity couple. In fact, López has a larger portfolio of properties in the United States compared to her husband. She has a penthouse in Madison Square Park, in New York City. She was bought for $20 million after her divorce from Marc Anthony. According to Sydney’s morning heraldLópez was unable to sell the property, even as he lowered the sale price.

The singer also owns a Miami retreat that she bought for $32.5 million in 2020, a Los Angeles cabin that was built in 1948, a $28 million mansion in Bel Air and a getaway to the Hamptons.

Affleck and Lopez were married in Las Vegas in July of this year. The couple had an on-and-off relationship since they met in 2002, during the filming of Gigli. The couple was supposed to get married in 2003, but they broke up the following year. The couple rekindled their relationship in 2021 and were seen on the red carpet together that same year.
