On a regularly updated game like Fall Guys, it’s normal to find bugs from time to time. Except that the shop bug that we are going to tell you about here has caused a lot of ink to flow. Fortunately, the developers recently spoke about this.
A bug that made you spend your emissous
The shop bug is particularly vicious with players. Indeed, when you are on the Fall Guys store, you can either buy the skin directly, or see it worn before making your choice. So many players use this to get an idea about these skins.

Since then, many players have complained to the Fall Guys help desk asking quite logically that these purchases be canceled and refunded. However, for several days, the answer was always the same, a refusal.
Reimbursement finally available
The reason for this refusal is that in the conditions of purchase, it is impossible to refund the skins. Except that a lot of players got upset that this purchase, it was not wanted but caused by a bug. A growl that ended up reacting.
Indeed, via a tweet, the official account of Fall Guys confirmed that the bug was now taken into account and that exceptionally until its resolution, refunds could take place on purchases of skins. Furthermore, to apologize to the players, the Grandis skin will be offered to everyone.
