Today is the day fire emblem fans can return to the world of Fire Emblem: Three Houses with Musou’s follow-up, Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. The game is out now on Switch and will see players control Shez and a host of Three Houses characters in frantic hack and slash combat.
As we are used to nowadays, the game received a day one patch to fix some initial bugs and glitches to help make your experience a bit smoother.
The patch dropped just before the game released, so if you were lucky enough to get it early or have just been playing it non-stop since it came out (hope you grab some coffee!), then make sure to update your game and check out what’s new. has changed below:
version 1.0.1 (June 23, 2022)
– Fixed a rare issue where the game would sometimes freeze at the end of an event.
– Fixed a rare issue where the game would sometimes freeze when switching from base camp to war map.
– Fixed a rare issue where after selecting a file to save on the save screen, the screen doesn’t change and progress hangs.
– Fixed an issue where progressing certain battles in certain sequences would cause the player to get stuck and prevent progress.
– Fixed an issue where using a Partner Special at certain times would cause the Partner Special to not end and prevent progress.
– Fixed an issue where the switch lock target control does not work when controlling the game with the left or right Joy-Con held horizontally.
– Fixed various other issues to improve game comfort.
No big surprises here! All the standard fixes from day one. We were big fans of Three Hopes and praised it lavishly in our 9/10 review. You can also check out Digital Foundry’s verdict on Musou game performance both docked and undocked here.
