It has been announced that Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes has surpassed one million units shipped worldwide, marking a major milestone for the latest entry from developers Omega Force and Team Ninja.
The achievement covers sales in physical and digital formats, although it is currently not known what the sales division is in the different territories. What is noteworthy, however, is that the milestone was apparently reached much faster than the game’s predecessor, Fire Emblem Warriors, which reached 1 million units shipped roughly 7 months after its release in September 2017. Three Hopes , on the other hand, released a little less than 2 months ago in June 2022 (no 3DS version either!).
To celebrate the milestone, a stylish PC wallpaper is being given away depicting every character from every class in the game. You can download the image via the Twitter thread above.
In our review of the game, we noted that the game “improves on its 2017 predecessor in a number of ways, most notably by providing a much more engaging story that features a narrative that’s ripe for multiple iterations”, giving it a score of 9/10.
If you want to try before you buy, of course, you can download a demo of Three Hopes from the eShop right now.
