Indeed, some players have experienced issues with quest dialogues or dungeon objectives not being able to be completed. These issues are now resolved!

MiHoYo explains that in fact, the issues with quest dialogues and the inability to complete dungeons were caused by the 08/04/2022 update which fixed an issue with a chest disappearing abnormally in the world quest “The Treasure of the Four Reefs” if it was not opened in time. This fix has now been reverted.
The trunk anomaly will therefore be the subject of a later correction. And the good news with all this is that all Genshin Impact travelers are going to receive compensation of 120 primo gems ! Each user / user who is at least at adventure level 5 normally received a mail with 120 primo gems to get back ! Do not delay, because they will disappear on August 7 from your mailbox!
