Players are divided into two teams in this Adversary mode. The first team is made up of a lone Runner and the second by up to three Interceptors. The racer must collect 15 checkpoints in under five minutes, while the Interceptors’ task is to prevent the racer from doing so, either by crashing into them or, in the case of two maps, taking them out with their vehicles’ weapons. . . If the racer is successful in making all 15 checkpoints before the timer runs out, he wins. However, if the timer runs out before they do, then the Interceptors win by default.
