Frozen Memories is one of the Una tasks that Lost Ark players can find useful when perfecting their gear, as its completion guarantees the rewards of the first few Star’s Breaths. However, most players may never have tried, let alone completed Frozen Memories, probably because they can’t find it on their list of potential tasks. Before they can complete Frozen Memories, they must first complete a hidden side quest related to the treasure hunt.
Preparing to complete Frozen Memories
Frozen Memories will not appear in the list of available Una Tasks until players complete the Wandering Memories quest. While Wandering Memories follows the same standard walk-to-quest, NPC, and mash-G format that most Lost Ark quests emulate, starting Wandering Memories requires players to first receive a drop from one of Shushire’s unique monsters. .
This drop comes in the form of a sword, known as Bloody Spirit’s Memory, which results from killing Bloody Spirit Moun, a semi-boss located in the southwestern arena of Icewing Heights. For the purpose of starting Wandering Memories, Bloody Spirit Moun only needs to be killed once, as his sword has a 100% chance to drop on the first kill.

Completing frozen memories
Once Wandering Memories is complete, it’s time to start collecting Memory Fragments from slain Icewing Heights monsters. While Frozen Memories requires the collection of 100 memory shards, each standard monster defeated will only drop one shard each, which can lead to this task gradually lengthening.
Fortunately, Bloody Spirit Moun has more to contribute to the player’s quest process after he has picked up his sword. While Frozen Memories is active, each subsequent Moun kill will grant the player 30 Memory Fragments. This means that players can wrap this quest from start to finish in three consecutive Moun kills, as long as a few standard monsters get in the way of the incoming attacks and kill the player collaterally.
