Minecraft Dungeons has shown that it is not afraid to stand out from its successful big brother, Minecraft. As well as being completely different in gameplay, Minecraft Dungeons has worked on several new mobs, either friendly or hostile, that never appeared in the original game. During the game’s second anniversary event, a new animal companion named Baby Moobloom is introduced. This is how you can get it.

Unfortunately, at the time of this writing, we know next to nothing about Baby Moobloom, other than that you’ll need to complete some specific special tower challenge to unlock the new pet. We’ve only seen Baby Moobloom following his teacher in the anniversary event trailer, so we don’t know exactly what special abilities or damage she’ll have to offer.
The Minecraft Dungeons Anniversary Event runs between May 25 and June 15, so there’s a chance Baby Moobloom can only be obtained during this time frame, but we’ll update this post if they’re an addition. permanent to the game.
Pets and companions in Minecraft Dungeons behave a bit differently than in other games. For starters, they are not always by your side. You can summon them using their artifact to follow you into battle, where they will assist you by attacking hostile mobs and will occasionally have secondary boosts that they provide to you or your teammates.
While Moobloom never appeared in Minecraft, it did make its debut in Minecraft Earth, the now-cancelled mobile AR title that had you build structures in the real world using your phone. They are yellow with gold buttons sprouting from their backs. We’ll update this post when we learn how this flowery bovine will change the way you play.
