The developers at Bethesda have released a ton of different CAMP items from the years since the release of Fallout 76. Now you can deck out your camp with the best items the Wasteland has to offer. Among these items are the Collectrons. You may recognize these robots from the world as they can often be seen wandering around Appalachia looking for various items when they are not attacking you. One of the special versions of these robots that you can get is themed around the Red Rocket Truck Stop. But how do you get this Collectron?
What are Collectrons in Fallout 76?
Collectrons are robots that you can place in your camp. They can be found in the resources tab of the camp menu. Although they are oddly shaped and can be difficult to place, they are well worth having in your camp.
What makes these robots stand out is what they can do for you once you place one. When you leave one of these robots, it will wander around your camp and collect various items. Each version of the Collectron can get different types of items, but they can all collect ammo and junk for you. You can change what they collect by interacting with the handset connected to your base station. All the items you collect will go into the bin at the back of the base station.

How to get the Red Rocket Collector
The Red Rocket Collectron was available as a reward during one of the previous seasons in Fallout 76. That doesn’t mean the item is gone forever. If you were unable to obtain it during the season it was available, you will need to purchase it. Travel to the Foundation and talk to Samuel. If you are at least friends with the settler faction, Samuel will have the Red Rocket Collectron blueprints in his inventory for the low cost of 4000 gold bars. It may take him a little time to save the amount needed for the item. This collection differs from other models because you can collect car parts. This includes items like coolant, pipe flanges, and hubcaps.
