Avatar Reckoning recently got a new gameplay trailer at the Disney and Marvel showcase. It was an update from the developer that gave players an understanding of the creatures they will fight and the weapons they wield.
Set after the battle of Pandora in the first film, the MMO RPG shooter will give you the option to customize your own Na’vi warrior and weapon. There will be single player missions where you will meet other Na’vi clans and face a mysterious story at the same time.
Enemies include animals native to Pandora and RDA forces trying to stop you. There were scenes of players fighting each other to defeat powerful enemies, highlighting the cooperative features. PvP multiplayer mode will involve players running around the maps and trying to defeat each other.
The trailer ends by saying that the game is coming to your mobile device soon. Previous trailers have mentioned a 2023 release date, but that may not be set in stone. With players who want to show their interest, they try to pre-register for the game.
What does the pre-registration process consist of?
As of this writing, there is no way to pre-register for Avatar Reckoning. If you go to the official website now, you will see a box where you can leave your email for future updates. There is no place to pre-register and no place to reserve your place in line. A pre-registration opportunity may appear in the future, but it is not available now.
As future updates are rolled out, there may be opportunities to pre-register your interest, as they have with other mobile games. For now, signing up for future updates on the official website is the best way to stay up to date. It may also be the only way players have a chance to pre-register their interest or queue for beta builds of the game. Until then, all you can do is register to express your interest in learning more.
