Another trailer for My Hero Academia Season 6 has been released, as fans eagerly await its fall premiere.
My Hero Academia iIt is one of the most popular anime franchises released in the last decade. His manga is in the top 30 best-selling manga volumes worldwide, and the anime just aired its fifth season last year. Fans have been waiting for more information about the new season with Crunchyroll recently releasing an official trailer.
After the controversial fifth season, my hero academia returns with the most impactful and best-received arc of the series. After Deku, Bakugou, and Shouto finish their training with Endeavour, the hero summons all of Japan’s heroes for an important mission to defeat the villains. Both Class 1-A and 1-B have kitted out their hero gear to fight alongside the heroes as well, and it’s bound to be an intense confrontation that isn’t without big consequences.
The trailer was released in Japanese without subtitles, so there’s not much to say about the dialogue or narration. However, fans can make out the voice actors for several of the characters, including Endeavor, Deku, Miruko, and many others. Even without understanding the dialogue, it’s clear what events will be covered in this trailer.
Naming them all one by one would be too long a task, but almost every hero and villain featured in the series so far appears in this trailer, excluding those who have already been defeated. The trailer indicates what many hoped to be true, season 6 will cover the paranormal release war arc. We see footage of several of the heroes and students running and chasing, using quirks to track and investigate, and glimpses of what appears to be the beginning of a combat encounter, but with no actual fighting or screen time. The animators clearly want to keep those parts hidden until the season is released, but if the footage shown is any indication, fans will have a lot to look forward to.
This trailer does a fantastic job of whetting the appetite of hungry fans. Many characters including Endeavor, Aizawa, Miruko, and Haws have extremely important scenes and battles in the upcoming arc and the trailer makes sure to hint at these intense moments without revealing what exactly happens. Manga fans will be excited to see their favorite moments animated, and anime fans will be curious to see what these characters will do.
