After spending years in anonymity, the famous Minecraft streamer Sleep finally showed his face in a video. Dream is one of the most successful Youtube players, especially considering that he never showed his face at any point, which has become a rarity on the field. With over 30.1 million subscribers on YouTube and a huge following on other social media sites. it was no surprise that the turnout for his reveal was huge.
Dream was eventually revealed to be a 23-year-old named Clay. In preparation for his reveal, Dream reached out to other YouTubers and friends and revealed his identity through time face-to-face. These fellow YouTubers recorded their own reactions to seeing their friend’s face for the first time and posted them before the big reveal on YouTube. This generated a lot of interest and earned a huge crown for Dream’s YouTube channel with the live video playing to 1.2 million viewers.

At the time of publishing this article, the video has reached more than 8.6 million views.
This is just the beginning for Clay, aka Dream, who will be attending TwitchCon in San Diego on October 7-9.
