News good plan OLED TV: the new LG C2 is already at 999€
LG produces the most popular 4K TV on the market every year. Queen of OLED TVs, the Korean brand has a range acclaimed each year by the press and the general public: the C range. The C2, a 2022 model, is therefore very recent. Given the state of the market, no one expected to see such a low price so quickly.

We expected to see the C2 drop below 4 figures in its 48-inch version (for the 55-inch, it’s less likely), but not so soon! Normally this kind of reduction of several hundred euros takes place at the time of Black Friday, not in the middle of summer.
But hey, since it’s there, take advantage of it! We tested the model at the editorial office and it is neither more nor less than one of the best TVs of the year 2022.
LG C2: simply one of the best 4K TVs of 2022
I tested the TV for JV myself, 100% independently. In its 55-inch format, I rated it 5 stars out of 5. For smaller sizes, which do not benefit from the brightness boost of OLED Evo technology is 4.5/5.
Very concretely, as a journalist specializing in image, I think that we have one of the best products of 2022 here. Especially when we look at the value for money (which is not taken into account in our ratings) .
- Connected TV is entitled to an extremely efficient and ergonomic operating system. Small bonus point for the remote control which is used as a Wii controller.
- For cinema, the Alpha 9 Gen 5 processor combined with OLED technology does a crazy job. In addition to the infinite contrast, which is always so great as soon as you turn on an OLED TV, all the images displayed are passed through the AI mill to be sublimated, we are getting closer to perfection.
- Gaming level, what more could you ask for? PS5, Xbox Series or even PC, all the features are worthy of a gamer monitor: 4K 120 Hz TV, 4 HDMI 2.1 ports, VRR, ALLM, FreeSync, G-Sync…
In short, it’s very high end. Be aware that we have NEVER seen such a price for the LG 48 C2, so stocks may not last long so be quick.
