To the surprise of absolutely no one, The Sims 4 is getting another DLC expansion pack. Called “High School Years”, this expansion is about one of the most memorable (and challenging) periods of our lives, namely high school. High School Years will have you reliving (or preparing for what to expect at HS) the best parts of HS, from academic victories to the jitters you feel when you want to ask your crush out. If you can’t wait to play this DLC, we’re here to tell you when. The Sims 4 High School DLC expansion release date and time it will be.
When does Sims 4 High School come out?
The Sims 4 High School Years is scheduled to release this Thursday, July 28, 2022. It will be available to play at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm GMT. This High School Upgrade Expansion will cost $39.99. If you buy it in advance on time, you will also get various additional items. These include: the Groove Tube Wireless Speaker, the Spine Reticulator Gaming Chair, and the Tri Hard LED Panels. It will add a new world to the game, called Copperdale. This world includes three neighborhoods with twelve lots. Seven of these batches have been created by famous members of the community, such as MsGryphi, xfreezerbunnyx, and JOL1990.
The High School Years expansion will include the usual range of high school related activities. Things like extracurricular activities (football, cheerleading, drama club, etc.), classic school events (science fair, prom, graduation, etc.), having to attend class, taking tests, eating in the cafeteria and, of course, to navigate through your Sims’ complicated high school social lives, from crushes to playing pranks on your friends, having pillow fights at sleepovers, sneaking out to meet your friends and much, much more.
