By now, we’ve all tried Mario Kart 8 Deluxe’s new course, Sky-High Sundae. This sweet course is dotted with bright colors and dangerous paths with dangerous pits to fall into.
As part of wave 2 of the Booster Course Pass, it was highlighted as the only new course, however, Nintendo confirmed in the announcement trailer that Sky-High Sundae would also be coming to Mario Kart Tour at a later date. Later being, next week it seems!
The official Mario Kart Tour Twitter confirmed that the Sundae Tour, in which Sky-High Sundae will make its mobile debut, kicks off next week on August 8 at 11:00 p.m. PDTor August 9 for some of us!
The Tour course removes the anti-gravity mechanics we see in the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe version, but do we really care when driving an ice cream truck?
It also looks like White Tanooki Mario from Super Mario 3D Land will be making his track debut, along with a few other new costumes, karts, and more.
The Sundae Tour will start next week, after the conclusion of the Ocean Tour!
