Some of the best Amiibo are the ones with a fascinating gimmick, like the Yarn Yoshi Amiibo released for Woolly World. Some of the best Amiibo are excellent executions of a standard Amiibo. For example, the Wolf Link Amiibo is a standard figure that stands out for its size and the amount of detail that adorns it. It doesn’t have a unique gimmick, but it looks high quality and stands out. Some Amiibo are hard to come by, however, if you’re going to go all out for an Amiibo, we’d suggest getting any of the ten listed below.

Ena

Capcom teamed up with Nintendo to release some Amiibo based on the Monster Hunter franchise. Amiibo based on Monster Hunter creatures are highly detailed and stand apart from the typical Nintendo toy. For our money though, the best Monster Hunter Amiibo is Ena. The Ena Amiibo is a simple figure, with Ena simply standing while he is holding an egg. Ena’s skin is one of the best non-monster skins in Monster Hunter Stories, and his Amiibo looks polished and good.

Capcom teams up with Nintendo again by making a Gold Megaman Amiibo go along with the Gold Mario Amiibo. These two Gold Amiibo are unfortunately not made from real gold. Due to the rarity of both Amiibo, both figures are almost as expensive as gold. These gold Amiibo look more like trophies than toys. They are simple recolors of previously released Mario and Megaman Amiibo, but the new paint job works for both figures.

Joker Amiibo

When it came time for Joker to get his own Amiibo based on his official art from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the designers went all out and included Joker’s fire effect in the official art. The fire effect is transparent and made of transparent blue plastic. It’s an eye-catching aesthetic choice that really sells the Joker Amiibo as a high-quality figure.

The Wolf Link Amiibo is larger than the average Amiibo and packed with intricate detail. Wolf Link’s texture is rough and uneven, making it stand out from the other Amiibo.
