news culture The Batman: the date of arrival of the film in the HBO Max catalog is no longer a mystery!
A real tidal wave in dark rooms, The Batman has put all the competition behind bars to reign over the world box office! Week after week, Matt Reeves’ film has positioned itself as a must-see, a return to basics in its approach to superheroes by placing it at the heart of a captivating investigation. An experience that will soon be available in the small skylight thanks to HBO and its platform, HBO Max.
The Dark Knight rules Gotham, and the world!
A month and a half after its worldwide release, the Dark Knight, accustomed to evolving in the dark, cannot manage to get rid of the spotlight. Crowned with success, the production of Matt Reeves received compliments from the press and, at JV, we also applauds the director’s work Planet of the Apes (2014 and 2017). The craze around the DC Comics superhero is always full, so much so that the film breaks the ceilings in terms of receipts and spectators, and even invites itself among the games of the moment!

While The Batman skillfully maintains the hypewith great blows of teasing on the next projects in the world of film, mysteries to solve or of hidden scene revelations, a good number of spectators did not want to go to the cinema, preferring to wait wisely for the HBO Max platform, owned by HBO and belonging to Warner Bros. Discovery, adds it to its online catalog. Good news for them: the film will be available in a few days!
Warner Bros spoils its subscribers and Batman fans
Released on March 4, across the Atlantic, it didn’t take long to see Robert Pattinson take on the role of Bruce Wayne outside of the dark rooms. The announcement fell today: those who have taken out a subscription to the HBO Max streaming platform will have the opportunity to watch Matt Reeves’ film from the comfort of their sofa from April 18, next Monday ! What inflate even more the figures around The Batman thanks – we imagine – to viewing records, and to nicely promote one of the competitors of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video or even Disney +.

With this availability rolling out across all subscription offerings and in all platform-eligible regions, Warner Bros. and HBO strike a blow. But the seduction operation does not stop there: if some will be able to see it as many times as they wish for a month (which corresponds to the interval of availability of recent films on the platform before their withdrawal), HBO plans to air the film directly on its channel on Saturday, April 23, starting at 8 p.m. (i.e. Sunday at 2 a.m., in our regions). A new success in anticipation that will make Warner Bros. to formalize a second part? We strongly hope so!
