This has been a very troubled week for Rockstar. Last Sunday, the network was filled with screenshots, videos and images of a early version of GTA 6, which has given rise to a massive debate on the Internet and the start of an investigation by the FBI. After all, this agency considers that the person responsible for the illegal access to Rockstar data is part of a group of hackers who have already stolen information from other companies such as Uber.
Now, the London Police announce via Twitter that they have arrested a 17 year old as a suspect in cyber attacks. Although the entity does not specify that we are talking about the Rockstar hacker, the journalist Matthew Keys confirm this information thanks to information provided by a source close to the police investigation.
As we have already mentioned at the beginning of this news, the author of the Rockstar cyber attack is part of a group of hackers who, under the name of LAPSU$, is organized mainly through Telegram channels. In addition, it should be remembered that this group of criminals are also behind the massive hacking of NVIDIA, although it is not specified that the young man arrested is related to this latest cyber attack.
