Hard to say if The Last of Us Part I is eagerly awaited. Since the revelation and announcement of the release date of the remake at the end of the Summer Game Fest evening, headed by Geoff Keighley, the release of the Naughty Dog game on PS5 then on PC is debated. The graphic aspect has been completely reworked to be closer to what The Last of Us Part II but, on the gameplay side, we will remain very faithful to the original work despite the little touch of modernity, and it is for this reason that the players are pouting. However, during its promotional campaign, Naughty Dog’s game has done everything to emphasize the strengths of this remakenotably video comparisons with the different editions released for more than nine years, and tried to invoke the Madeleine effect of Proust by bringing out a trailer centered on the dark atmosphere of the software.

For Naughty Dog, this remake PS5 and computer is also the perfect opportunity to be more inclusive, in the same way that the teams were able to be with The Last of Us Part II since this new version will benefit from a host of accessibility featuresas the Californian studio recently unveiled during an unpublished video and a long post on the PlayStation blog. Except that sometimes Naughty Dog’s well-oiled communication has to deal with a few hitches and, as was the case with The Last of Us Part II and another cult sequence from The Last of Us Part I, the first minutes of the adventure ended up on the web.

The prologue is already visible on YouTube because of a leak!

As soon as it was released, The Last of Us put an uppercut on all players who put their hands on it, in particular because of its particularly distressing and emotionally rich introductory sequence.. We do not yet know the character Joel that we are already confronted with the greatest trauma of his life which will, much later, have repercussions on his relationship with Ellie. If it takes place at the beginning of the game, even before the adventure begins, it could not be more central to the story of The Last of Us. Therefore, a very large number of players are eagerly waiting to rediscover this memorable scene, and the latter could be served before the fateful day and hour.

Earlier in the day, the writing of the site DSOGaming got his hands on this famous footage posted on the user’s YouTube channel Tahiday. In this fifteen-minute video, we find the entire prologue and we can admire the way in which this scene has been reworked by Naughty Dog. However, it should be remembered that this video contains spoilers and that if you plan to discover the title for the very first time when it is released on September 2, it is better not to take a look at it to have the pleasure of discovering this, controller in hand.
