News event The Viva Technology trade show returns to Paris from June 15 to 18, 2022
“VivaTech”, the startup, tech and innovation convention is making a comeback in physics at Porte de Versailles for its sixth edition until Saturday June 18, a day open to the public in which JV is participating.
The events sector is increasingly taking on its colours. At Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, VivaTech regains its place for four days. For this sixth edition, more than 2000 exhibitors confirmed their attendance. Among them, big names in French and international industry and engineering, but also of course major players in tech and entertainment such as Google, Orange, Deezer, TikTok, francetv and Microsoft, as well as very many startups.
If three days are devoted to professionals, Saturday is open to the general public. On the menu of celebrations, innovations such as an exoskeleton, a flying vehicle, a robot-coffee server, 3D printed masterpieces and a host of virtual or augmented reality experiences.
On this occasion, a special program entitled “The Children of the Console”will attempt to answer this question:“How do the metaverse and esports enable gamers to create and redistribute value from the time they spend on video games?”. An event hosted by Salomé, to follow live on JV from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
To discuss it, Salomé will receive, among the speakers, representatives of publishers/developers such as Ubisoftthe esports club’s Little Big Whale ambassador Team Vitality or even Desiré Koussawo, the president of the France Esports association.
This day is also dedicated to‘use and to professional projects. On the sidelines of the sessions of speed coaching 1 to 1 organized from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., students, graduates and various talents will also be able to meet big names in IT and digital professions directly on their stand, to discuss their future. At the same time, offers from show partners are available on the job board Viva Technology.
With the collective Women & Girls in Tech, VivaTech is also organizing a great treasure hunt dedicated to the place of women in the tech and digital professions. A course in 20 stages with prizes at stake.
