If you’re looking for something to do while waiting for Hogwarts Legacy, gawking at this awesome Minecraft Hogwarts build for hours on end isn’t a bad option. After all, it took a whopping six years to develop, longer than Hogwarts Legacy has been in development, so I’d say it’s worth a bit of your time, even if you’re not a huge fan of the franchise.
Reddit’s duckling revealed a nice video walkthrough of the build on Reddit, adding that there’s still work to be done before it’s complete. Still, even in its current state, it’s quite the sight, complete with incredibly faithful exterior and interior designs. Check it out for yourself:

As someone with only a cursory familiarity with Hogwarts, this looks exactly like a blocky version of the school from the movies: everything from the dining room to the Quidditch pitch looks pretty accurate. Ducky says they spent “hundreds of hours” just looking for a single image or video that would give them a shot of the angle they needed, so I can only imagine how many hours they spent on the entire project.
Right now, since it’s not entirely to Ducky’s liking, the world isn’t downloadable in Minecraft, but the creator confirmed plans to release it once it’s ready. It’s not clear what needs to be added yet, but they say there’s still “a lot of work” to do. One thing they plan to do is replace all torches with candles now that they are available in Minecraft.
