In November 2002, Insomniac Games started the Ratchet and Clank franchise, and quickly became a fan favorite. Players have embarked on missions across the universe as their favorite Lombax and robot duo for years, and the franchise has become a staple of PlayStation consoles. At the same time that Future Saga came out, all three original titles got a collection for PS3. As of now, those three games are the only ones in the series that are grouped together. Game bundles are all the rage with collections like Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection Y Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It would only make sense to launch a Ratchet and Clank: The Future Saga Collection for PS5. Players could get access to these classic titles without having to subscribe to PS Plus Premium, and each game could be upgraded for PS5 hardware.

A Future Saga bundle would be great, but an entire series bundle would be even cooler. Releasing all the games on PS Plus Premium would not only be a great way to celebrate the franchise, but it would also significantly increase the value of the subscription tier for potential subscribers. While some players may prefer a different type of celebration, this might be the most likely scenario.
Announcement of a new game
One of the biggest ways Insomniac Games could celebrate the 20th anniversary would be to announce a new game or a new take on the franchise. Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart it was the last in the series and set up a future story where Ratchet would finally explore Lombax’s dimension.
