Game News Weird West is out, a new trailer for this excellent RPG-Western

Developed by WolfEye Studios and published by Devolver Digital, Weird West is out today. We have already published a test for this RPG mixing action and adventure in a western and dark fantasy universe. The game received a score of 17/20, or “excellent” according to our scale.

Weird West offers a “dark fantasy re-reading” of the Far West period American. Thereby, outlaws and sheriffs will clash, but they may also run into terrifying creatures which might surprise them. In Weird West, these are your choices that determine the course of events, and what your party of heroes will fall into. A true critical success

In his test, our journalist Tiraxa emphasizes above all the immersion, the atmosphere and the dense lore of the title. We quickly soak up this West American atmosphere, which carries us throughout the adventure. The service life is very good according to the test, with a good twenty hours of play if you cross it in a straight line. Here too, it is vast and generous universefilled with loot to find, which gives its stamp to the title. The fights are just as interesting, with good shooting sensations, a very important point for a western game. The only big flaw highlighted by our editor is the AI, with clearly perfectible bots. The game reached 80% favorable opinions from the press on Metacritic (81% on Xbox One, 79% on PC, 73% on PS4).
