One more step towards the OST

If you are an avid reader of our news column, you already know that Nintendo particularly likes to highlight compositions from Xenoblade Chronicles 3 by regularly broadcasting musical extracts from the game. it is an important piece that is offered to us since it could well reveal the first notes of the (or a) theme song role-playing game developed by Monolith Soft.

This is “A Step Away”, a heartfelt song from #XenobladeChronicles3. It conveys the emotions felt by Noah, Mio and their allies, who put everything on the line to change the fate of their world for the better. – Nintendo Europe via Twitter

The musical extract is therefore taken from a piece called “A Step Away” which you can also find in full on Nintendo’s official channel. This channel already includes no less than seven pieces of music reflecting the different musical moods specific to the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 universe. Let’s not forget that, if the series is renowned for the quality of its compositions, the music will take an even more important place in this episode where we can see the protagonists playing the flute on several occasions.
